María Chocano

María Chocano is TRUE TALENT´s CEO and founder. She is a Talent Leadership Partner for the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Market, expert in both Talent Acquisitions and Talent Partner solutions.

She has a Bachelor’s in Food Science and Technology (Universidad Complutense de Madrid) and a Bachelors in Human Nutrition (Universidad San Pablo CEU). She is Certified Co-Active Coach and ICF and a candidate for the Leadership Personal Methodical Program by PRH.

María joined talent practice in 2011 with Michael Page Healthcare Division to lead the team until 2015, when she developed the Healthcare Division for Wyser. Since 2016 she has been leading her own Talent Leadership Firm True Talent, working together with the main Big Pharma companies to achieve their human capital objectives. Her passion for excellence in deep, global and truthful human leadership development has become her purpose and the main driver of her interest and curiosity.
